Frequently asked questions
Can you remove the background or make other changes to my photo?
Yes. Basic edits such as cropping, resizing and background removal can often be completed at no extra cost. If more extensive editing is required, we'll contact you before starting your order.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are made and dispatched within 3-5 working days. During busy periods, turnaround times may be slightly longer.
Will I receive a design proof before my item is made?
Design proofs are available on request. If you'd like to approve your design before production begins, simply leave a note with your order or contact us after purchasing.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely. In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How do I send my photos?
Simply upload your photos when placing your order. If you're unable to upload them, you can send them via email (Kate@memorymetal.co.uk) after purchase. For the best results, please use the highest quality images available.
