Processing Times

All Memory Metal items are made to order.
Please allow 1–3 working days for production before dispatch.

During busy periods or promotional offers, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we will always keep you informed.

Delivery Method

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

• Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days after dispatch
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped

Shipping Costs

Free delivery is included on all orders.

Packaging

Your order will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
We use protective materials, including rigid backing, bubble wrap, and secure outer packaging, to prevent damage in transit.

Delays & Issues

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur with Royal Mail.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us, and we will look into it.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and its packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
